OHS once again hosted the Chanticleer Winter Convention where teachers and staff sponsored workshops outside of their field area for students to attend and learn skills and lessons not normally in the curriculum.
Students were able to pick which workshop to attend from among various topics including cribbage, pitch, board games, scoring Boone & Crockett antlers, making a European mount, fishing lure making, karaoke, omelet making, hockey, Formula 1 racing and much more.
It is a great way to for students to expand their horizons and also learn a little about the staff and their interests outside school.
