After winning in the first round of C1-8 district play against Broken Bow, the Ord boys’ basketball team faced a very tough Holdridge Dusters team, and took the loss 89-56 on February 25 in Holdridge, ending their season with a record of 11-14.
Th Ord boys were just no match for the Dusters, who are ranked fifth in C1 according to Max Preps, as Holdridge took a 53-20 halftime lead, and never looked back.
Elijah Pollard led the Chants by scoring 14 points and providing eight rebounds. Landon Critel added 11 points, with Will Lange putting in 10 points on offense, while grabbing five rebounds.
The Chants end their season with an 11-14 record.
