The Ord High School track and field teams continued their season by competing in the annual Broken Bow Invitational last Friday.  On a windy day against a strong field of teams the Chants were able to score 35 points in both the boys and girls team races.  The girls finished 7th in the 11-team field while the boys finished 8th.  “I was pleased with our efforts on the day against a strong field”, Coach Derry Trampe commented.  “We had a lot of quality performances on the day but we also had some areas where we could have done a little better.  We continue to show improvement from week to week which is what we want to be doing this time of the year.
